darasani help

darasani is the school management platform of your organization. In the app it is called School Management. It keeps the master data of your organization and schools, the class levels and streams, the academic calendar, the student register with school history, contacts and sponsors, and the user accounts of your staff. Directors, head teachers, academic teachers, secretaries, bursars and teachers work in the same system; each person sees what their role allows.

This guide explains the app step by step. Open it from the app at any time with the Help link at the top of the page; it opens in the language you have chosen in the app.

Conventions in this guide

• Words in bold are the labels you see in the app, for example Add student.
• Dates are shown as day/month/year, for example 13/01/2027, in both languages.
• Phone numbers can be entered as you are used to (0754 123 456); the app stores them in the international form +255754123456.
