Audit log

For: directors

The Audit log records who did what and when. Nobody can change or delete its entries, not even a director. It records, among other things:

• sign-ins and failed sign-ins, account activations and new activation codes
• changes to roles and deactivated accounts
• changes to the organization, schools, class levels, streams and the academic calendar
• adding, changing and deleting student records, admission data, enrollments, stream periods, photos, contacts, connections and sponsorships
• every change of a student’s background and every time it was shown

For changes, the entry shows the changed fields with the old and the new value under Changes. Passwords, activation codes, the text of a background and the content of photos are never recorded.

Find entries

Open Audit log in the menu and filter by From and To, Person, Action and School. Each entry shows When, Who and What.

• Platform operator marks actions of the operator, for example resetting the sandbox.
• Not signed in marks entries without a signed-in person, for example a failed sign-in.
