Student photos

For: directors, head teachers and secretaries of the school

A student has at most one photo per academic year. The record shows the photo of the most recent year that has one; the school history shows each year’s photo.

Add or replace a photo

1. Open the student record, section School history.
2. Choose Photo on the enrollment of the year.
3. On a phone, the camera opens directly. Take the photo, or choose an existing picture.

A new photo for the same year replaces the previous one. JPEG, PNG and WebP pictures up to 10 MB are accepted. Large pictures are made smaller on the phone before uploading, which saves mobile data. Location and other hidden information in the picture are removed.

Who can see photos

Photos are only shown to signed-in users who may read the student record. They cannot be opened with a link from outside the app.
